Just found some more photos of the ant farm. Here it is in the early construction stages.

Here is Fin in his house i made a few months ago. He is too big for it now so I had to put in a chair so he can sit and read his favourite books.
 
And check this oue out. We went walking in teh hills the other day and I jumped a fence and landed 1 leg in a big mad puddle of mud. Two-tone shoes are a regular fashion of mine (link & link)

better late than never....

Hello fellow blogtopians. Again its been about 2 weeks since an update. This is largely due to my incredible busyness/lazyness and also a virus on my main computer. I dabbles with blogging from my phone but i keep forgetting I can do it so I never get round to it.

As you all know I have an ant farm, and i have been populating it regularly with some of the local ants around the back garden but they keep escaping. Here is how it looked when I came back from work the other day.

yup, it works, i can blog from my new phone (nokia n95 8gig). Check this out. Its a present jane got for me last week, an ant farm. It comes with instructions and recipies for ant cake and everything. Gonna go ant hunting this weekend and set the place up.

I am playing in a school production of peter pan at the moment, its great craic, the same school that did the wizard of oz last year

Hi Everyone, July was the worst month on record for the ol bloggery, im gonna make a fresh start of it in august so keep watching this space.
 
Here is the entrance to a secret underground jazz club where we went for the last few fridays. Its all dixieland jazz and the trombone player owns the place, it doesnt have a licence so you can bring whatever you want, wine, beer, pizza's anything. I even got up and played with the band last week. Great craic

Nope, we havent got christmas fever yet. Its sort of a thing here to have christmas in July (coz its winter etc.) so we had a suprise christmas dinner for Pat and George the other night, twas mighty craic. George was late though on account of scoring a hole in one on the local golf course!

i was filling in loadsa forms the other day at a new school (st marys), you know the usual stuff, bank details, contact details, but for some reason there were LOTS of forms about health and next of kin etc. (maybe i should know where the last violin teacher went...) so after my third time documenting my blood type and health details i used a bit of creativity just to see if people actually read this stuff, Ill be very impressed if i get a call from a irritated carnie. Circus Folk. Nomads, you know. Smell like cabbage. Small hands..............."

The skip arrived the other day so I finally had to get rid of the old telly. 2 eurovisions, manys the episode of home and away and a riviting evening of beverly hills cop 3 were some of the highlights on the ol'tube, i wish it well in its future purpose as australian landfill
