It seems everythign we try to grow dies a prolonged, withery, drought induced death except for this wee pepper. I think the only reason it has survived this far is because it looks like a leaf and has managed to avoid our horticultural 'attention'.

We did our usual 4 gigs on P-day this year, starting at 8am in JB O Riellys, they had the whole place set up like a wee village, with signposts all over the place, it was very nice, a bonus that they also had chipsticks on sale for $3 per bag. Bargain!

And here was the inflatable shamrock in the Burswood where we played for the rest of the day. We played in the bar and on the casino stage to a few hundred gambling pensioners. Easiest paddys day yet!

We went to another free outdoor event last night, it was a French jazz/cafe band playing out by the coast in cottesloe. great craic was had by all. I was going drink for drink with Finn
