Which one is better? I have been sampling both for the last few weeks and find the clusters to have a little more bang for your dollar, whereas the regular c-nuts are probably healthier...choices choices choices.
both are packed with sugar! best brekkie is porridge or home made muesli - sugar free of course - wheat free too is good. Try spelt flakes with oat flakes and dried fruits and coconut for best energy.
