Tabasconette

This is the current range of chilli sauces in my collection, ranging from weak to molten lava strenghts, the two green ones are my favourites at the moment, that nando's peri peri has a bit of a kick but maaaaan that habanero tabasco which rings in at 200,000+ on the scoville scale sure has a lot of oooomph!

You need to get some Dave's Insanity Sauce. Has a bit of a shlap off it right enough. Or ask Peadar about the 'sauce' that comes in a dark brown Tobasco-sized bottle with one of them squeezy eye-dropper yokes build in to the screw-top, and instructions to keep it in the fridge. It's so hot you don't even have to light the bbq to cook yer burgers. Ever wondered how the Scandinavians have no icy-road problems all winter? Well now you know.

Naturally we all put two drops directly onto our tongues...
