OK, it would take a while to explain, but this is the next piece of kit I am going to build later this year so I can make homebrew directly from grain. Simon Brodie had a demonstration day at the brewshop at the weekend, I had gigs so couldn't attend but i did pop around early to see his settup. Pretty sweet!
